Atrocious heifer of a waitress destroyed our evening out, restaurant refuses to do anything?

I'm not sure what this has to do with R&S but I would suggest your not eat there anymore, tell your friends and family not to eat there anymore, and see if you can post something about it on Yelp or Angie's List or something like that so other people can find out about it. The worst thing you can do to a restaurant is hurt their word-of-mouth advertising. If other people have similar experiences, and the management is that unresponsive, the restaurant probably won't be around for long.
