1995 Toyota Camry transmission?

I have a 1995 Toyota Camry LE V6 and overdrive will not engage. The PWR shift light and O/D OFF light keeps flickering on and off. I shut it down and start it back up but overdrive still will not catch. I was thinking a computer problem. Could the transmission be shot? It only has 94,XXX miles on it. Thankx.
