How to create a music/song remix?(tagalog-english language)?

Hey guys! I'm Nicole.. Grade 5 pupil in OLOMMSHS Cabuyao Laguna Philippines.. I have a question about music.. I've saw some of the high school students at our school. The music they're dancing is halo-halo na songs.. It's like: "Low tpos buong chorus lng ng Low tpos change song agd".. Like the contestants on "ShowTime at ABS-CBN".. The song they're dancing is "mix songs". I wanted to make a remix by myself using Nero SmartMart for our practical test for our MAPEH subject.. But I want to make one by MYSELF.. And I just need step by step instructions on making a music like that.. If u guys have a question to me, just post it below and i'll add my answer as an additional detail..
