Overworking myself or not??

I think that this type of regime is great and keep it up. However, remember to throw in a few days of rest here and there - if you are feeling tired, it is a sign that you should take a little rest. The best thing to do is listen to your body... if you are aching badly from lifting / basketball, then take 1 or 2 days off. If you don't ache, keep going :)
