How will it take to get ride of under eye cirlces ?

k so I've developed these dark circles under my eyes and I've had them since about 5th grade but I really want to get rid of them because its just a pain in the azz to have them every time I look in the mirror , I'm about to try the whole tea bags on the eyes treatment but I have a question , how long will it take to start seeing results ?, if it even works .
