How does the FCC get away with censorship?

Well usually it's to protect the youth from being exposed to things... Pretend somebody wants to buy satellite TV just to watch channels in there country and if they flip though channels they might end up in a channel that they find offensive that's the thing about basic cable but if the owner wants Uncensored television channels they would have to subscribe to them to show they want to see Uncensored TV...
