Desmond Howard or Devin Hester (both at their best)?

I'm kind of bias being I'm from Michigan and a huge fan. But of all the years I've watched U of M football and the pros I would have to pick Desmond Howard. He was the second best player I've seen at Michigan behind Charles Woodson. Tom Brady started there as well but was not a dominate college force like those 2 players. Woodson won the Heisman and the National Championship in the same year. Craig S. has a good point though, Howard won the superbowl MVP but really didn't have the pro career everyone anticipated.
