Confused. Royal Decameron, El Salvador, do they offer clean water?

I have been told, each room only gets 2 bottles of water a day, the rest you have to purchase. We have been in other tropical places and have had water available, no charge, no limit. Does this resort have the same or do we have to buy more water if we want it. Also ice???
